• Open Excel
• Open the downloaded file

🔹 Step 2: Understand structure

You will see 3 columns:

• Student Name
• Age
• Marks

🔹 Step 3: Practice basic editing

Do these tasks:

1. Add 5 more students below
2. Change marks of any 3 students
3. Add one new column:
   • Column name: Class
   • Fill values like: A, B, C

🔹 Step 4: Formatting practice

• Make headers bold
• Add borders to table
• Change header color (any color)
• Align text center

🔹 Step 5: Simple understanding task

Answer these manually (no formula yet):

• Who has highest marks?
• Who has lowest marks?

Create your own new sheet in same file:

Create from scratch:

• 20 students (your choice names)
• Columns:
